After purchasing a digital gift certificate from us, you or your recipient will receive an email from BENTOBOX (not Frankie's as we use a third-party system) with a unique code. PLEASE PRINT OUT THE CODE (not order #) AND BRING THE PAPER WITH TO YOUR RESERVATION. After dining, show your server the code PRINTOUT allowing time for manager to validate. We can not use or walk around with a cell phone.
