Frankie's is closed ALL Mondays, December 26 and January 1-6. When booking through our form, avoid selecting these dates.

Fill out form carefully (especially times to reserve ticket correctly). Do NOT include address if requesting a pick up (to avoid confusion) AND make sure to include delivery city.

**All submissions will be responded to within 1 full business days (office closed Sunday/Monday) with a ticket # confirmation. Be sure to check SPAM for email response.

**All orders for Christmas week 12/20-12/25 will be called and taken the week of Tuesday 12/10-Saturday 12/14 (once a ticket is reserved). WE will call all ticket holders that week from 10am-4pm. Once order is processed those days we can not make any changes to inventory under any circumstances to keep organized for everyone this holiday season.

NO late orders will be accepted this year.
